I graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering followed by an M.B.A. My career started in the structured world of electrical engineering in multinational companies. Later I moved to the dynamic field of management and IT consulting, where I honed my skills in program and project management. Yet, despite these achievements, I found myself searching for something deeper - a purpose that resonated with who I truly was.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in summer of 2023. Boy, it was a relief! I always knew that I had some superpowers but I also had some super struggles in life. Working with an ADHD coach helped me understand and harness my unique strengths while addressing the challenges that held me back.
I have embraced ADHD as a strength. My experience has inspired me to become a coach myself, dedicated to empowering others who might feel lost or overwhelmed by their own struggles. I love to make a difference in the community and have volunteered at many charities including Habitat for Humanity, The Arthritis Society and The Citizens Foundation. Currently I volunteer as Peer Support Group Facilitator at Mood Disorders Association of Ontario.
Ever felt like your struggles could also be your strengths? I believe that, and have been there. I’m here to help you turn those challenges into your greatest assets.
I am a graduate of the Empowering Students Through Coaching program at JST Coaching & Training, a recognized leader in student coaching and ADHD/executive function coaching. Through this rigorous, research-based program, I received specialized training in life coaching and ADHD/neurodiversity coaching.
This comprehensive 90-hour International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 1 accredited program has provided me with a solid foundation in professional coaching skills. Combining rigorous training with mandatory mentoring and a coaching skills assessment, it has prepared me to earn the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
Grounded in ICF core competencies, the program places a strong emphasis on neurodiversity coaching, addressing the unique needs of individuals with ADHD, ASD, executive function challenges, and co-existing conditions. As a graduate of the JST Coaching Model—the world’s only research-based student coaching program—I am equipped to make a meaningful impact by fostering a supportive, inclusive environment. This training empowers me to recognize and celebrate each client’s unique strengths and talents while helping them overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.
